Planning a construction project means making hundreds of decisions before a single brick is laid — and each one has a ripple effect on timeline and cost. I combined a 3D parametric model (Rhino + Grasshopper) with a Retool dashboard to make those ripple effects visible. Change the crew size, adjust material delivery frequency, factor in weather risk — and watch the completion date update in real time. This is exactly where my architecture and data backgrounds collide: I understood the construction logic well enough to model it, and the UX principles well enough to make it usable by someone who just needs the answer.
