As the lead User Experience Designer, I led the redesign of the ViMi Labs landing page by placing accessibility at the center of the design process, rather than treating it as an afterthought.

The original site lacked a design system, visual consistency, and failed to meet accessibility standards.

I conducted a comprehensive audit using tools like WAVE, axe DevTools, and manual testing (keyboard navigation and screen readers), uncovering key issues such as missing alt text, low color contrast, improper focus states, and poor semantic structure. Collaborating closely with developers, I helped implement and QA test the new landing page to ensure it met WCAG 2.1 AA standards.

The outcome was a fully accessible experience and the foundation of a scalable design system to support future product growth.
